Bread & Boxers

Stockholm-based Bread & Boxers has connected Norce with NoWaste, Dotdigital, and Ingrid through Junipeer as part of its migration to Norce. The setup keeps orders, fulfilment, and customer data moving across the stack from day one.

About Bread & Boxers

Bread & Boxers is a Stockholm-based underwear and basics brand making clean, comfortable essentials for everyday wear.
As the company prepared to migrate to Norce, they needed a partner who could move at the same speed without expanding the project team.
Replatforming is one of the highest-stakes moments in any e-commerce business. Orders, stock, customers, marketing flows, and fulfilment all have to keep working through the cutover and after it. That is why Bread & Boxers chose Junipeer as their integrations partner for the migration to Norce.

A faster path to Norce

Migrating to a new e-commerce platform usually means a long list of integration projects: connecting the warehouse, getting customer data into marketing, plugging in the checkout, making sure orders flow end to end. Each of those, built from scratch, is weeks of work and a meaningful chunk of budget.
With Junipeer, Bread & Boxers got the integration layer ready out of the box. Instead of building one-to-one connections between Norce and every other system, they plugged into Junipeer once and activated the flows they needed: Norce to NoWaste for orders and fulfilment, Dotdigital for CRM and marketing automation, and Ingrid for the post-purchase experience. Tracking is currently being tested, with returns planned next.
The result was a faster migration, fewer moving parts to coordinate, and no need to bring in extra developer resources to glue systems together.

Quality that holds up at speed

Going faster in a replatforming project usually means cutting corners somewhere. The Junipeer setup avoided that trade-off. Orders move from Norce to NoWaste reliably and in near real time. Customer and order data flows into Dotdigital so marketing campaigns run on fresh information from day one. The architecture is monitored centrally and ready to extend when the next system needs to be added.
For Bread & Boxers, that meant going live on Norce with a stack that was production-grade from the start.

From a professional perspective, Nordic Web Team and Junipeer are extremely skilled. They have been strong and reliable partners throughout the entire project.

A partnership across the project

Bread & Boxers worked with Nordic Web Team as their agency partner throughout the migration. Junipeer's CEO and co-founder Jonas Wärngård founded Nordic Web Team, and the two teams have collaborated on enterprise e-commerce projects for years. That shared history made coordination across the storefront, ERP, 3PL, CRM, and checkout straightforward.

Why integrating with Junipeer matters

The Norce migration set the foundation, but the integrations stack keeps evolving. Ingrid Returns is next on the roadmap, and the same Junipeer connection makes it possible to add more systems over time without starting another integration project.
Bread & Boxers can keep focusing on product and brand, while Junipeer keeps the data moving in the background.
