Klaviyo is a marketing automation and customer data platform for e-commerce, covering email, SMS and customer profiles. Marketing automation depends on good data. When customer and purchase information sits in the web shop, the ERP or the store till, keeping Klaviyo up to date means exports, imports and spreadsheets — and segments and campaigns end up built on an incomplete picture.
