CRM integrations

A CRM or customer engagement platform is only as good as the customer data in it. When contacts are updated by hand, or only partly synced from your webshop and ERP, segments and campaigns end up built on incomplete information. Junipeer connects CRM platforms with your e-commerce, ERP and POS systems so customer data moves automatically. Today, Dotdigital customer records can be synced with connected systems that provide or receive customer data. Voyado is coming soon, with contacts and orders planned as the first data types. You choose which flows to activate and how fields are mapped, and Junipeer monitors every transfer and retries automatically if something fails.
