Sitoo

Sitoo is a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and unified commerce platform for retailers with physical stores. It combines in-store checkout with stock management, product data and order handling across multiple locations, and is widely used by fashion, lifestyle and specialty retail chains in the Nordics. Retailers use Sitoo to run store sales, track stock across shops and warehouses, and manage articles and prices in one place. Because the same products are often sold both in store and online, store data needs to reach the ERP, e-commerce platform and warehouse system without manual work. With Junipeer's Sitoo connector, store orders, refunds, shipments, stock levels, articles and prices flow automatically from Sitoo to your other business systems, and orders from other channels can be created in Sitoo — so every system works from the same numbers.

From Sitoo, Junipeer can retrieve orders, shipments, refunds, stock levels, articles and prices and pass them on to your ERP, e-commerce platform, warehouse system or data warehouse. Orders can also be sent into Sitoo — for example web orders that are collected or handled in store.
