Can the AI change data in Voyado?

Only if you allow it. You set read-only or read-and-change access on the API key. With change access, changes happen in Voyado right away and can't be undone from the AI side, so check what the AI proposes before you confirm.

Does the AI see my Voyado password?

No. Your Voyado connection and its tokens stay with Junipeer. The AI app only gets the results of the requests you allow.

Do I need a Junipeer connector for Voyado?

No. Voyado MCP is sold on its own. It connects your AI assistant to Voyado without a Junipeer integration.

Does it work with my Voyado account?

It works with your Voyado Engage account and the API key you add when you connect.

Can I ask in Swedish?

What Voyado MCP is

Voyado MCP lets your AI assistant read and work with your Voyado customer data. Connect Voyado to Junipeer once, then add Junipeer as a connector in your AI app. Ask in plain language, and the AI fetches the answer straight from Voyado.
